We value your privacy and process your data in a transparent manner.

What type of information we have

We currently collect your data when you contact us through contact forms on our websites and  We do not collect or store any web ‘cookies’, we do however monitor location and visitor behaviour on our sites. No identifiable data is captured.

Our web contact forms request and capture your personal data for specific reasons such as requesting information or quotes about our products and services.

Any data captured in this way is solely used for that purpose.

We process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
  • customer financial information for the purpose of processing any payments

We do not share your data with anyone outside of our company except any software partners where we utilise their software to store and process data.  We currently use a number of software partners such as Microsoft and Amazon Web Services.

  • We may also, where applicable, store personal data on our sales system for the purpose of contacting potential or live customers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is: we have a legitimate interest.

How we store your information

We keep your data for the period of time necessary for the purposes it was obtained and for a maximum of 90 days following the end of any processing activities.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
